Passengers are responsible for the care and handling of their own properties such as luggage, valuable item, monies etc., while traveling. Company or the coach drivers will NOT be liable for loss, damage or personal effects to any properties that belongs to the passengers resulting from carrying or leaving in or out of the coaches or during traveling.

Assemble / 集合时间
Please gather at the change airport Terminal 1 or 2 two hour before your departure. As for coach departure, please be at the outlet at least half an hour before departure. (Passengers must be punctual)

请集合于樟宜机场第一大厅或第二大厅,时间于到两个小时起飞前到机场。至于旅游快车必须在半小时前抵达我们的办公室。 （乘客务必准时）

Travel Document / 旅行证件
Necessary visas and minimum 6 months validity from the date of departure of the country visited are required. All travel documentation are sole Responsibility of the passenger. Please ensure that your passport and air ticket are with you at all times. Ensure that your check-in luggage are properly locked and tagged for security reasons. Commercial Aviation Corporation Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any losses.

以出发日算起，护照及签证必须有至少6个月的有效期。所有的旅行证件的办理均为旅客自行负责。因安全因素，请自行检查托运行李是否已经锁好。本公司将不会为任何行李丢失事件负责。

Weather / 气候变化
Please check on the season which the country which you visit, in order to bring in the right clothing for the trip.

请在查清楚您要去的地点气候以便您所携带的行李有足够的衣尚。

Clothing / 衣服鞋子
Casual clothing of all seasons in South East Asia where all seasons are warm. A woolen sweater will suffice, when it will get colder in the night. Warm clothing and jackets, woolen sweater and coat, glove and felt cap or hat, winter boots and thick sock are a must for winter in the Four Season countries. Most hotels and some public places have heaters. Warm clothing or a jacket is necessary for spring and autumn as well. Light cotton clothing will suffice for summer. Most hotel have air-conditioner. Tourist are also advised to bring along a pair of comfortable walking shoes.

在东南亚,案便装四季皆宜,有件毛衣就可以了，夜间会销冷些。四季国家的冬季格外寒冷，必须准备暖和的外套，毛衣。在旅途中会经常走 路，旅客最好携带一双平底运动鞋。

Meals / 膳食饮水
Most breakfast are taken in hotels served in Buffet style. Most lunches will betaken in the restaurants at the places visited. For meals in the suburban districts, the standard of hygiene will be lower and meals will be served in more conventional way. Please do not drink water direct from the tap and would require to prepare mineral water with you, while traveling, all the time.

早餐一般在酒店内，多以自助式为主。午晚餐则多在旅游定点餐厅用餐, 在乡下地区, 卫生水平会比城市较差。 至于饮水方面， 酒店房间都备有冷， 热开水供饮用。请不要喝自来水。我们建议沿途尽量购买矿泉水最为理想。

Voltage & Appliance / 日常用品
Please check the plug which country that you intend to visit are using. Example in China electrical power is 200-220 volts. 3 pins (flat) plugs or 2 pins (round) plugs are used. Always bring along your own moisturizer and medicine to prevent any allergies when you are oversea. Consult your doctor if necessary.

请确保您带对的电压插头。比如中国境内的电压是220V(伏特),以三根扁平或两根圆形的插头为主,与新马两地的插头完全不一样,如有需要,可自备转换插座.到天气干燥的国家,可视需要自备润肤露及唇膏.若有日常必须的药物,请沿途携带所需数量,并请你的医生书写你所需的药品及名称以及对某些药物有敏感,以备不时之需.

Currency & Credit Cards / 货币限制
It is advisable to bring along some local currency of the country you are visiting before your departure. Also prepare some Singapore dollars, US dollarsor major credit cards.

旅客须自备要去的国家钱币, 以方便起见旅客也可携带新加坡币, 美元或港币或几种主要的信用卡.

Travel Insurance / 旅行保险
We recommend that you take up Travel insurance as it covers flight delay, baggage delay and damage, medical expenses, personal accident, repatriation and many other items. Please contact our staff for more information.

本公司建议旅客最好购买旅游保险,以用来承担延误,行李遗失, 个人意外,身体受伤或患病等不可预知的情况所造成的损失和负担. 有关详情请向本公司询问.

Custom Regulation / 海关烟酒
Visitor must fill and submit the Customs Declaration From for bringing large electrical items at the point of entry. Please keep the return duplicate copy of the Custom Declaration From and submit it upon departure. You no need to declare personal items such as jewellery, video cameras, etc, but you must bring along these items when leaving immigration.

旅客携带大量的电器,须填写海关申请表,入境时海关将取去正本,副本则有旅客保存至离境时呈交海关.旅客携带自用之贵重物品如珠宝首饰,录影机,摄影机等入境不需要申报,离境时则须带走.

Tipping / 小费
Tipping is customary and you are encouraged to do so. Tips will be distribute among national guide, local guides of different destinations and driver. Passengers will pay their own tips for other services rendered by the porter at railway/car stations other hotels' services. You may also tip the tour leader for satisfactory services rendered.

虽然在新加坡不鼓励给小费,但是大家都知道国外都有这种习惯,给小费已是出国旅游者的一种习惯.小费交给领队,一般领队会在第一站向大家收取,然后领队会分配给全陪,各地的地陪,司机和机场,车站至酒店的行李员等.酒店送茶水服务员,送行李到房间的服务员的小费则有旅客个别另付,至于领队的小费则有旅客随意奖赏.

Reconfirmation of Air Tickets / 行程延期和中断
Please reconfirm the returning air tickets at lease 72 hours before departure. There is no responsibility for the cancellation of the seats.

对于延长逗留时间的旅客,和中断行程前往其它地点的旅客,建议在回程前至少72小时重新确定回程航班.从酒店到机场的交通费用自行负责.
