TRAVEL ASSISTANTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
May include but not limited to:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone or walk-ins on tour packages, flights and hotel reservations
- liaising with suppliers, hotels, operators overseas for FIT packages or Custom packages
- using various reservation systems for booking various travel & coach component
- Travel sales & customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possession of relevant certificates / diplomas/ degrees an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills or experience in travel agency operations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates ( diplomas, degrees ) are welcomed
- Experience with travel related system an advantage but not necessary for fresh grads
- Good command of English and Chinese are required
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work on retail working hours including Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays (off on weekday or alternate Saturday/Sunday)
- Singaporean / PR only & Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
